This project involved the construction of 198 units across six phases on a greenfield site at Ardan Road, Tullamore, Co. Offaly.

 

The development contains a mix of units including 2, 3, 4 and 5 bed across varying house types. The houses are traditional in style, with brick and render to the facades and cobblelock paving to the front. The interiors feature high end finishes as well as extra high ceilings throughout.

 

These luxurious family homes are A rated and have low energy air to water heat pumps for the central heating systems.

 

Our Role:

MJ Turley’s provided full cost management services from the start of the project right through to completion.

We negotiated a fixed price contract with the preferred contractor to ensure the clients budget was adhered to with no increased cost. We negotiated Part V Agreements with Offaly County Council and managed all contract administration throughout the construction phase.
